Any services, product development or ongoing support we provide will be subject to a separate written agreement. If that agreement differs from these website terms, the project agreement takes priority for that work.

Please use this website lawfully and respectfully. You must not attempt to compromise its security, disrupt its availability, introduce malicious software or use its content in a way that infringes someone else's rights.

03 / Enquiries and project agreements

Contacting us by email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn does not create an obligation for either party to proceed with a project. A conversation or an initial estimate is not a confirmed engagement.

Before work begins, the scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, timelines and responsibilities should be agreed in writing. Changes, cancellations, refunds and ongoing support are governed by that agreement. This website does not collect project payments.

The website's design, text, artwork and other materials belong to Seventh Domain or their respective rights holders. You may browse and share links to the website. Other reproduction or commercial use requires permission unless permitted by applicable law.

Ownership and licensing of project deliverables, source code, third-party assets and pre-existing tools will be set out in the relevant project agreement.
